Do you provide appraisals for insurance purposes?

Every purchase over $1,000 includes a complimentary professional appraisal. We also offer independent appraisal services for heirlooms and pieces purchased elsewhere for a nominal fee.

How long does shipping take and is it insured?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Do you offer jewelry repair and maintenance services?

We provide a full range of services including professional cleaning, prong tightening, and stone resetting. We recommend bringing your fine jewelry in every six months for a complimentary inspection.
