At Orr's Jewelers, we want you to cherish your purchase forever; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most fine jewelry and timepieces. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team or visit our boutique to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of purchase.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, warranty cards, and the original sales receipt.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to a new shipping box and ensure the package is double-boxed for maximum security during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
